Timber Window Survey

A detailed survey was undertaken on the timber windows present at this residential property for the building’s new owners. As the building was Listed a thorough inspection and report needed to be completed on the condition of the existing windows.

Our report highlighted that the windows were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. The report was used, in conjunction with a planning application, to allow the works to proceed
